Batory was retained by Nova Ridge for the proposed development, which intends to develop the subject lands with a 17-storey mixed-use building consisting of 237 residential units and ground floor commercial units. The suite mix is a 60/40 split to cater to larger family types with 30%-two bedroom units and 10% three bedroom units. One level of underground parking is proposed.
